I have no complaints with this purchase. The case feels and looks like a quality product. I like that it's 2 parts and I can remove the inner case with the XYBoard. I would definitely consider another rooCase on my next device.

I ordered a case for my Motorola XYboard tablet and was sent one that is clearly labeled for a Motorola Zoom.

Needless to say my tablet would not work in this case and I was forced to return it and did not get a full refund.

I was told I would get a free shipping label, which I did, but after Amazon received the item they deducted the shipping from my refund. Also deducted was promotional fees. So it appears I am out 9.94 for an item that was ship to me by mistake

Update.....

Florence from PC Micro store call and not only did she arrange to get a new case sent out express shipping by got the refund for me that I was out on the first shipment.

This is great customer service and hopefully the new case will be here soon.

Very happy with the end result.

Product is okay but not sure if I would recommend to anyone. It is nice at first but you quickly realize that it is not very sturdy and it starts to wear out, especially propping it up at an angle.
