The cable works just fine. The only ding from me is that there is no way to tell which way is up. I ended up taking a sharpy to mine and drawing on the metal connection for the side that is the front of the Galaxy.

This cord was purchased to replace the original cord on my Galaxy Tab. It fits perfectly, slides smoothly and does not fall out. The cord is flexible and well constructed with the plugs cleanly and firmly attached.

Data transfer is smooth, accurate and fast. Charging is efficient and consistent.

My cat's don't seem to like this one as much as they did the original cord. : )

Bought this as an extra cable for my old Galaxy Tab; came apart in about a month or so. I have long since abandoned the Galaxy Tab for an iPad; I would not recommend this cable or the Android device to anyone.

I haven't used used this product as of yet, but am saving it for that inevitable time when the cable that came with my Tab fails. The packaging for the cable was very good and it appears to be of high quality.
