The device attaches easily to the Boxwave metal phone case line, but since they cheaped out and went with plastic, the little mushroom that slips into the belt clip will snap readily.

two suggestions for boxwave:

1 move the retaining nub on the clip from the center of the stud to above it so you can remove the dimple in the stud, giving a little more structural integrity to the arrangement.

2 the ONLY reason i even gave your case a try is the fact it was made of something (relatively) durable, why handicap the entire device by throwing in cheap plastic as one of the most critical parts? Use a metal stud instead.

Oh, while I'm commenting, I'm going back and looking up reviews for your metal cases as well, marking them as a do not buy. In less than a year, the aluminum they use in the case body will flex enough that it will finally fail. In an expensive case like this one, this is NOT acceptable. you have removed so much extra material for the side cutouts (power and volume) and vent holes on the back that there's not even 1/2 inch of material there across the back to resist flexing and eventual failure.
