Have had the battery about 5 months and the battery is starting to act up in the charger. Just now it charged to 69% and stopped. Then changed to %100. The original factory battery battery still charges without difficulty, but this one is is giving all kind of weird readings in Windows. I won't buy this product again.

Based on these difficulties, I'd drop my rating to a from 3 stars to 2 if I could.

Bought it for the extra battery life. I knew it would be bigger from the photo, but the previous review is right, they don't actually tell you. It has decent battery life. It's hard to compare as my original was getting pretty weak, but it gets me through the week. I use wifi to connect to a network for about 15-30min at a time a day. My only real gripe is that the battery meter falls toward the end real fast. Don't remember the actual number, but about 20%, it will suddenly drop to 3 or 5%. Real annoying when you think you've got another hour or so of power. Have had the same problem with another after-market battery for a laptop I bought recently.

I guess my title says it all. Stick with the HP OEM battery it will automatically stop charging when overheated, not with this knock-off version.

Returned items and still waiting to get full refund after shipping and handling after four weeks.... Avoid at all costs.

nowhere in the advertisement for this battery did it state that the battery was over twice as thick as the original. nor did it state that i would receive a new back cover along with this battery to replace the original battery cover. now the ipaq will not fit in the case because the battery is at least 1/4 inch thicker and makes the ipaq too thick to go in the case. it probably will not fit in any other after market case that is made for the ipaq 111. i will write more when i test the endurance of the 2250 compared to the original battery. the star rating i gave it is a 2 but it came out a 3. i could not figure how to change it to a 2. the rating is based only on the size of the battery. i may change the star rating later.

The battery worked fine, the new back piece (for the HP handheld) to accomodate the extra battery thickness is a little oddly designed, I think, but servicable. The battery problem is actually a problem with the HP itself, not the original battery and HP is MOST unhelpful about it. So whereas I'd buy an extended sevice battery from these people again if I needed one, I will NEVER buy an HP handheld again.

In fact, because of the bad service we've gotten from HP about this, I plan on never buying anything HP again, if I can avoid it. Too bad, they used to be such a good name in products and service, now apparently neither one is any good.

I have not used this battery yet, but the negative point is that it is thicker than the original and requires a new battery cover for the HP iPAQ 110, which comes with the battery. However, I can no longer use my iPAQ case because it does not fit anymore. I somehow missed this when viewing the product. So, it may have been my fault. The price is fine. Amazon service is perfect.
