Unfortunately, this item was the victim of disuse. It was excellent, then I upgraded the Clie's software and the smart tablet "forgot" about the keyboard. Despite numerous tries and patches, it was a goner. I soon moved onto a smartphone and the Sony items were mothballed.Easy on battery usage, spacious, very comfortable layout, yet still compact. Folds up easy, no tight ribbon cables between keyboard halves, the pda holder is easy, strong. Keys are straight-forwardly quiet--no gumby touch here. Mfr did it all right. When this is folded up, it fits nicely into a small zip up pda style wallet. Find a wallet with pda memory card slots, and the sizing will be perfect for this. So, using this kybd, PEG SJ22, SiPix A6 portable printer, Margi Presenter w/remote... Lots of hotkeys, specialty key commands are easy and easy to remember...a TOTAL office!I know this is considered "old" technolgy, but for those of us who aren't using smart phones or iPads, a PDA like a Clie and a keyboard like this give you a portable hand-held device on which you can do basic word processing and searchable data base work. The keyboard makes word processing and extensive data base entry much easier. I take this to meetings when I don't feel like hauling along a whole computer.
