3/20/2013 Bought this 4 months ago and had one of the long clear straps break. Disappointing, but the positive is that customer service immediately mailed out a new set of both long and short straps. Got them within 4 days or so just by emailing the 'contact seller' link on my original order. So awesome customer responsiveness! Good job.And I hope this isn't a product pattern of tearing strips.
I like this. It's a good basic solution for my Samsung Series 7 Slate Samsung Series 7 XE700T1A-A02US 11.6-Inch Slate (128GB, Win 7 Home Premium). I think it's a bit longer than the iPads at about 11.66" x 7.25". This grip fits it nonetheless.
What surprised me was that I actually find the stand the part of the setup I appreciate most. It raises the tablet closer to eye level on my desk and the swivel is nice. I keep the strap portion on my unit all the time and it does make it easier to grasp.
Downside is simply that even with the grip it can get heavy reading in bed. So it does have comfort limits.
Grip adds safety to my handling of the tablet, keeps me from dropping it, and the straps can be adjusted to miss the the one USB port on the tablet enough not to be a problem.
So I like it, don't love it.

After trying 4 or 5 different stands, this one fills the bill. Rotates from landscape and back flawlessly. Great angle adjustment.Just received minds today and it works great! I would recommend this product to anyone with a iPad tablet or any tablet.I just call it The Grip. It is awesome if you have Apps that have buttons to enter info. I use it to stat volleyball matches while I'm coaching. Because I have the iPad1, this is the only unit that would work with it and have a grip that rotates. I have the stand and a bluetoothed keyboard; so it is my "computer", too. It is invaluable in a coaching situation, and it's inexpensive. Bob vbne1?
