That being said the power supply looks to be fairly well designed. I haven't had a chance to try out all 3 power sources (air,auto,home) yet but it will be less clutter. Fortunately the power supply is removeable (its in the rightmost pocket in the photo). So as long as you consider this to be equivilant with the 'Juice' system with a free bag it isn't that bad. I would bet if you got the smaller case advertized for $80 than you are even better off as that would be cheaper than the Juice system.

Despite the description, this item is absolutely not Mac compatible. According to APC, "Mac uses 24V DC our travel power case has a maximum voltage of 20V DC."Just make sure you know what you're buying, only specifically listed laptops are supported.

APC has some great technology. There's a lot of good thinking that went into this, but I think they ignored the user when they designed this.Sometimes companies don't know their limits. The person who will want something like this is a road warrior who needs to bring multiple devices with them in order to do their job. Probably a more limited market than originally conceived. As I said, APC knew the technology behind this, but should have partnered with someone like a Coach or TUMI for the execution as it is a bag FIRST and utility of the power source is second. JMHO.
