Do not buy this product if you are thinking from the pictures that u are getting a high resolution hand held game console with modern games that your child would be familiar with & exited over! That is not the case at all! The games are from the 1st nintendo system & the screen is fuzzy & hard to follow what you're doing! Also there are not near as many games as the reviews are saying, I guess the parents just did not notice that they are just the same games numbered over & over again!

I do like this product because it offers alot of games for the kids to play. Also, the customer service with WolVol is great. The batterry was missing upon the arrival of the game console. Once I notified the vendor they were quick to provide a new battery and maintain contact with me. However, the product does not function as well as it should. Sometimes the screen goes black in the middle of a game and we have to turn the game console off and then turn it back on for it to work again. This product should not be as sensitive as it appears to be especially when the target audience is little kids. I like the fact that all of the games are on one cartridge however the games are rather simplified when considering the advanced technology that we have access to in these modern times.
