Very happy with this purchase. Ordered a MacBook Air with the Intel i7 shortly after Apple released the new models in mid 2011. Ordered this case a day or two later. The case arrived the same day as the computer (even though Amazon status still showed Shipping Soon). The case fits perfectly, has a great look, feel, and smell to it, and is just thick enough that I think it will absorb most the shock if dropped if a small distance.
