My only complaint about this keyboard is that it won't stay connected to my PC. I'm using it with a Dell laptop running Windows XP and I've tried every bluetooth stack software that I can find, including the software that came with it, to run this thing, and it runs pretty much the same with all of them. Meaning: It won't stay connected to the PC and it is a hassle to wait for the thing to constantly reconnect to the PC to begin typing again. Sometimes it loses connection right in the middle of typing, but most of the time the connection loss is due to inactivity while I'm using the mouse or reading the screen. I do also use a bluetooth mouse, and I'm not sure if running two bluetooth devices on the same PC is part of the problem, or if the keyboard's built-in power saving feature is so overzealous that it is responsible for the constant connections interruptions. Overall the experience has made me stop using this keyboard because I'm tired of waiting on it to type. Sometimes it takes it 30 seconds to reconnect after I start using it again...it's just plain frustrating. It could be the perfect keyboard but unfortunately it doesn't work well enough to use it regularly and instead I've gone back to using my laptop keyboard instead.
The support on the manufacturer website is sparse, and I've tried to search online for solutions to this problem with little success thus far. I'm hoping that I can find some relief when I upgrade to Windows 7 in a month or so, and I will continue trying to find a solution for my problem.
