I only found out after purchasing this power cord that it wouldn't work in conjunction with the Touchstone charger. We used it separately for a few months before the piece on the end came off and left exposed wires everywhere. The car charger would indicate that it was working but was actually draining power from the phone rather than charging it. We ended up having to buy a replacement OEM power cord and still don't have a car charger. What a waste of money.
