I bought several of these cheap and simple readers to try out as a portable and swappable set of bootable USB drives. This one in particular is so very small you may have trouble handling it without dropping it a few times. Once the micro SD card is inserted in there it is meant to be left in there and not removed often as it is fragile do to the size of the device.The actual USB device is even smaller if removed from the protective plastic cover with strinlanyardrd thing on it. It almosdisappearsrs into the USB port when inserted. If you are looking for the smallest reader you can for a special project where size matters most this is the best pick. Construction is good and if you get these at a really low price they are really it.I pair this one with the OTG cable to use on the Nexus 7, the connection response time is longer then other card reader/writer and not success on connection every time,

This is not the greatest of the product, the quality is not high but for the size, portability and the price, I will give this a 4 star.
