This is the perfect companion to the Apple Smart Cover. It has a great luxurious feel and the color was extremely close to my PRODUCT Red smart cover. After trying polycarbonate snap cases, I found that iMagnum case gave my iPad a richer and more elegant look without adding a a lot of bulk. Due the design, it doesn't protect thee of the four corners of the iPad so I have ti be careful with my investment.
