We can finally have wi-fi at home and both of us at the same time! Plus, we can take it everywhere with us! We had some issues with receiving it in Spain but those were all resolved and we are very happy with both the product and the seller, TakuDotCom.

I was unable to get this device to work on either ATT or T-Mobile. In a careful check of the devices specifications and frequencies, I found that it doesn't cover the frequencies used by either T-Mobile or ATT.

I was able to connect at 2G speeds with T-Mobile, but the T-Mobile system sees the device as a phone, not a mobile hotspot. Thus it is not possible to buy a Data only plan. The T-Mobile forces this device to a Voice and Data Plan, which is expensive and I didn't need.

Perhaps others have had success, but not me.
