Absolutely love it! I received it 2 days after ordering but the wrong color was sent. I called and they sent me the correct one with apologies and a return package for the incorrect item. Very good customer service! Love the product and the company. Fits my Acer Aspire One perfectly and has room for the charger and my kindle and mouse and much more!
Nice product. It gets a little tight in that you have to make sure the laptop is all the way at the bottom in order to zip the case all around, which gets annoying sometimes. Because of that, I avoid putting other stuff in the main compartment besides just my computer. It has other pockets on the outside which are great for putting in your other needed items. I really like the pink that it came in. I lug it around everyday and I'd say it does a decent job of protecting my computer.
