I bought this battery and was hoping that it would last longer being new. I thought it was an extended life battery. However, this battery that I bought only last maybe 1 hr and then it dies. I tried draining the battery as much as possible and then giving it a full charge. Again it lasted only about 1 hour.
I bought this battery as a replacement for my laptop computer. Compared to the price I had to pay for an original toshiba battery, this is a very good buy. Regarding its performance: It works like a charm. I get at least the same performance as I got with the original battery. The built quality is not as perfect. It didn't slip into its place as easily as the original battery, but a little extra help was necessary. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Apart from that, I am very happy with the replacement battery.
