It was great to find this replacement online. I was affraid that I would either have to chuck the device or pay stupid money to send it to be repaired. It came with a screw driver tool to fit the tiny torx screws. I went online and found some demo of how best to removed the case so I could replace the charge pack. All went well and the Palm works like new.

I've bought this battery. When it was received, it turned out to be from another manufacturer "Cameron Sino Technology" (made in China).

Not a big difference, I think, but photo does not match.

Also I've got a bonus screwdriver with the item, so should be Ok.
