I was looking for a cover for a Palm Pre PLUS and one for a Palm Pre which had a hole for the track ball. The Pre PLUS doesn't have a ball so there shouldn't have been a hole for the ball on the cover I ordered. Basically, they gave me a cover for a Palm Pre as opposed to the Pre PLUS.

This product is relatively functional on the Palm Pre Plus, however it is not designed for it. This screen is actually for the original Palm Pre, which has the round navigator on the bottom. The Pre Plus has an LED indicator below the gesture area instead. The product image is an accurate representation, but I made the incorrect assumption that the product title/description was accurate.

The screen fits and serves its purpose, despite not matching exactly, but I was still disappointed that the description did not match the product.

So bottom line functional if not aesthetically perfect.
