I bought this as a gift for my kids and I do not recommend this product what so ever.I ordered this on Walmart.com as bundle. Came with an accessory kit which included case, ear phones, audio splitter and cleaning cloth. Which i thought was an awesome deal. Turned on the tablet to preload apps for my kids and it WILL NOT hold the WiFi signal and even when standing by the router, it has completely froze the screen. when i tried to turn it off and then back on it is still completely frozen. i cant get it to do anything and there is no reset button! If you want a cheap tablet do your homework and read reviews before purchasing.

As the first tablet ever owned this seemed to be an all around great deal. Hold Wifi signal well, also scans for unsecure networks very quickly. Been using about a week now it has been operating very smoothly with little lag time (including games). Security set-up also was very easy. I would recommend as a gift or for personal use for sure would have given 5 stars but found some apps for android I wanted that were not compatible..

I tried to contact MAYLONG, they do not answer their phone and or E -mails.I have tried to contact them for the last 4 months; sent back the item, never returned it and I am afraid they are a GOST COMPANY. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! Amazon DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE ON THE WEB EITHER. Unless they acknowledge my problem I will never buy anything from either company.I am really disappointed about Amazon not having a customer NUMBER OR E MAIL to communicate with its clients.

Worst piece of electronics on the market. I bought locally for my 8 year old. As I was setting it up for him (connecting wifi adding apps) the screen froze, locked up and that was the endliterally 10 minutes out of the package. No way to reset it. Don't waste your time or money.

Bought this for a Christmas present for my daughter (NOT from Amazon). When it arrived, I set it up so it would be ready for Christmas day. Had been ok until the beginning of March (not even 3 months use). First, the extra reinforced plastic where the charging cord goes into the power brick broke, leaving about an inch long length of wires exposed. I cover that with electrical tape.

Two days later, my daughter said the charger will not stay plugged into the tablet. I take a look at it. Sure enough, wont stay plugged in. Look at it closer and see that the metal receptacle in the tablet is GONE, just see the green board where it was soldered to. I started looking around see that this seems to be an issue that many folks with this tablet have had. I sent an email to Maylong's Customer (LACK OF) service over a week ago. All I got was the standard, we have received your message and will respond shortly which they never have. So I have tried their 800 number over the last few days, every time the main message box is full, I even tried putting in different random extensions, each time the mail box is full.

So, I now have a $60 paperweight. In my opinion, this item is a piece of garbage as is Maylong company.
