I got this cover for two reasons It protects the back and front of the iPad and it's the only one I saw that was not a solid color.

The front cover is stiff fabric and holds it's shape well when covering the iPad and when it's folded to form a desk-support. The attached clear silicone cover fits perfectly and protects the rest of the iPad. Note that the cover is NOT magnetic, and does not function as a "Smart Cover".

The stylus is slim, compact and weighted well for use. The plug fits nicely into the headphone jack if you like to attach it that way. Of course, that's out if you want to actually use the port for headphones.
