So I've tried a few, and honestly, I can't see how anyone justifies $30+ for any stylus other than the Hexa unless you use the Adonit Jot Pro. But the Adonit isn't the best for throwing into a bag or using haphazardly because the tip tends to break.

For everything else, there is the Elago Hexa. Solid build quality, true pen size, good weight, smooth nib, and a free replacement. The only negative I can come up with is that I would prefer that they some how magnetized the body so that it would stick to the iPad for transport.
