SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10.1 BLACK TECHSTYLE PU LEATHER FOLIO CASE WITH STAND BY TERRAPIN

I purchased this PU leather folio case for my galaxy note 10.1, it arrived on time, I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. The color and texture is great for PU leather material. The tablet fits into the case perfectly. All the buttons, speakers, charging port, cameras and screen icons are accessible. The micro sd card slot however is covered, you have to take the tablet out of the case to access this slot. While the tablet is in the case the S pen is in clear view. I find that getting it out is a little difficult. Reaching under the device meant bending the back of the case covering a little bit. I have small fingers so the distortion to the case covering is minimal.

Other downsides were (1) there was no velcro strip on the underside of the flap of the stand alone portion of the case, the tablet would easily slide out. The velcro strip which came attached on the upper side of the flap would not adhere to the material. I had to attach additional adhesive velcro strips to solve these problems. (2) The slots for elevating the tablet in landscape and portrait orientations are a bit shallow. The tablet remains in the elevated positions for viewing videos and reading, just don't use too much force with your hands when typing, writing notes or drawing. (3) The cover of the folio case could be a bit more sturdy when it is functioning as the base for elevating the tablet. I found that if it is resting on a table top or a hard cover book then there is no problem. However if you read in bed like I do with the device propped on your tummy or pelvis, the base sags slightlty.

Overall, this folio case looks and feels nice, it serves its purpose of protecting my galaxy note tablet. Despite the downsides I will not be sending it back. For the price its a keeper.

I've had this case for a few weeks now. I love it. It's durable but easy to open. The only drawback is that the charger outlet on the tablet faces inside the case so you can't have the case closed while charging the tablet. I have to always leave the case open for my tablet to charge and sometimes that's not ideal when the tablet charger cord isn't that long. Also, the slots that keep the case standing don't hold up against heavy typing or using the stylus. Other than that, I love the case. Wish it came in other colors, though.
