Plantronics Replacement Discovery 975 Head

The only problem with these headsets is my ability to loose them. I am now hooking them to a lanyard; I cannot keep it in my ear all day long. If someone would invent a way to keep these from breaking loose it would be great. I have used the Plantronics lanyard, it hooks to the USB port, but lost 2 on that thing.

I just don't think it's cool to keep it in my ear all the time. Otherwise best bluetooth I have ever had; too bad I have had 4 of them.

product is poor quality. Doesn't hold a charge very long. Same issues that I had with my old one that was over one year old. I feel like I bought a used product.

I ordered this and was happy to get it. Problem is -it only worked for 2 weeks! It disconnected from my phone and now it won't connect at all. It says it's paired but won't connect. So I went to the Sprint Store to see if the problem was my phone but my phone is fine. The problem is with the bluetooth. I've never had this kind of problem with this particular model before and I'm VERY disappointed and upset. The return date is passed by 2 days and I'm stuck with a bluetooth that doesn't work. What a waste of my money! For me, this is an investment. And I'm not sure I'll ever do this again. Buyer beware!

Wonderful product! It sits in the ear, not on the ear, so it's supremely comfortable. Reception is excellent, too, say those to whom I speak. My only complaint: Doesn't hold a charge very long if one is using it. Selling it with a car charger would be an improvement.

I have owned many headsets (I tend to lose them when traveling) and the 975 is the best of the best. You can find great deals for the 975 on Amazon. I have paid between 51-76 for the 975. Right now the replacement 975 (actual earpiece only) is selling for 51.

The 975 compare very well against several Jawbones and other brands. The 975 is definitely a step up compared to the 925 and the Discovery as well. I have had no issues with the fit and or comfort and I have been told by multiple people they didn't realize I was on my cell and or using a bluetooth.

To make sure the person on the other end doesn't hear to much background noise I keep the volume at the mid level or a little lower. this seems to work really well and I still can hear them just fine.

Wait time battery life is very good and actual talk time is good but sometimes it seems to vary fairly dramatically. I hardly have any dropping or connection issues. Both were issues with the Jawbone and the 975 outperforms the 925 and explorer in both areas as well.
