This stylus writes and draws very well on my iPad. The pocket clip came off the first time I attempted to clip it on a pocket. Boxwave offered for me to purchase another stylus and send the defective one and in they would initiate a refund or I could do a straight exchange. This is to send the stylus back and after they received it they would send another one. I responded to the email & agreed to the straight exchange. 5 days later I received an email response with a link to a mailing label that prints out on 1/2 of an 8.5 x 11 page. So my choice now is to keep the stylus without a pocket clip, but with a short lanyard attached, or to buy a shipping envelope to accommodate the large return label. I chose to keep the broken one and deal with it rather than to absorb any additional expense to secure shipping materials and to make a trip to UPS.
