The cable does not include the plastic button itself but has adhesive to attach to it. There is also a little adhesive to stick to the phone.

also arrived on time and was a great product.... the price is awesome too..... still in my phone to this day with no problems..the only thing i suggest is that the clips are delicate on the iphone.... and on the button make sure you turn off the phone completely before starting work on it.....thanks guys would recommend again...
