I had been looking forward to getting my first color Tablet. I have a Kindle, B&W version but I had to get a color one so I bit the bullet and gave away my Kindle and invested again on a color Tablet.

To my surprise I was totally unprepared for the several major challenges I faced trying to enjoy this neat little invention.

I was not expecting a lightning fast iPad at all, but the connectivity problems I encountered were way beyond normal, and then when I tried to download Netflix, it got very close many times but after about a week of trying, I finally called eMatic and I was told about the 3 possible solutions. I tried that route for a few days but gave up again. I finally got someone that told me that in fact that model was not up to it and would never be able to operate for me if I wished to watch some Netflixes.

At that point I was running out of time but on the 30th day since its arrival I called in to see about returning the unit in exchange for a model that was faster and that could show Netflix movies.

I was pleased with the cooperation and quick RMA and so right now I'm just waiting for the promised full Credit to arrive so I can buy perhaps a 32-Gig 'Nook' at Barnes and Noble?

If anyone knows where to get a 'Nook' anywhere else but at B & N, please let me know. I sure do not wish to plow down $275 with taxes included right now if I can save maybe $75 or so bucks.

I thought I was getting a 'good deal'. Went cheap and picked up one of these. At first I was accepting of the poor speed, no google play (android market) and limited abilities with the apps that I could get on this. Then, as the warranty was expiring, it froze. Ok, called/emailed customer support after visiting their website support pages trying to find a anwser (be sure to visit this before you buy the amount of negatives here will convince you if I can't) was issued a RMA# to send it back. At my cost. Weeks went by (not too many though)before it was returned, after 10 minutes it was back to its frozen condition. Many emails three phone calls to support revealed that they would be happy to take it back as long as I paid the shipping (again). No deal. they returned it broken and are now asking me to be without it for multiple weeks and pay for shipping on something they shouldn't have shipped out prematurely in the first place??? the last customer support employee hung up on me!!!
