I bought it for light usage, im not a marathon runner or anything, but for my quick jogs around the neighborhood its perfect. The pouch in the back for a house key is brilliant, honestly its the reason i purchased this over any other band, it also has a cable management strap for headphones which is also quite useful, if your looking for a good armband, you can go ahead and stop reading reviews right now and buy one.
