I bought this case for the Le Pan II a form factor similar to the Ipad. The Le Pan II has a very nice finish but it is extremely slippery to hold in the hand. the clear silicone case does a nice job of making it easy and secure to hold. Fits well with most ports easily accessible. I might prefer a different color, but that is a bit picky...
