I bought this part to repair my wife's damaged RAZR V3, which was dying of old age. The cable arrived new in a static-proof pouch in excellent condition. It was of made slightly different material than the original part(more flexible), but fully compatible and fit perfectly.

Unfortunately for me replacing it did not resolve the problems with this particular phone. I now believe mine has a short in the keypad which is not connected through this cable. Still satisfied with the product.
